RMA Foundation

The Riverside Military Academy Foundation (the “Foundation”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, was incorporated in 2013 under the laws of the State of Georgia and approved by the Internal Revenue Service in 2014. The Foundation was established for the exclusive purpose of supporting the educational purposes, furtherance, and longevity of Riverside Military Academy (the “Academy”).

The Foundation's primary objectives are directed toward attracting, receiving, stewarding, investing, managing and expending gifts designated for the benefit of Riverside. In fulfillment of these objectives, the Foundation accepts gifts of cash, securities, bequests, life insurance policies, real estate, life income gifts, charitable trusts, life estate agreements, and approved gifts-in-kind.

A banquet honoring the recipients is held in August of each year.
