Aspire is a standards-based system of assessments to monitor progress toward college and career readiness through early high school. Assessments include the summative content areas of English, math, reading, science, and writing. Cadets are required to take both the SAT and/or the ACT both the first and second semesters of their junior year. The SAT and SAT Subject Tests and the ACT test are designed to assess students' academic readiness for college. The results provide students with the opportunity to see which test best fits their individual testing style. Cadets may continue testing during their senior year.
