Cadet Store Refund Policy
For your convenience, items purchased in the Riverside Military Academy Cadet Store and on the Cadet Store web site can be returned to the store, and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Credit will be issued at the time of return to our store and/or receipt into our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is a warehouse error.
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise must be new, unused and contain all original packaging.
- All exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receipt. No cash refunds or credits will be issued without a receipt. Please keep a record of your purchase and/or packing slip for reference. Clothing that does not fit upon receipt can be exchanged for a different size.
- Online purchases must be returned within 60 days and must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories.
